| Artist’s comments | We started this project when our friend Mrs Isikcan Akoner in GC Patchwork Studio has brought us the farm patterned fabric, thinking “Let’s all do the same!” We made the middle appliques with hand and the borders with machine. Using the same materials, you wouldn’t believe how different 8 bed covers have been created! All in all, it was a most pleasing experience. We think that these bedspreads, without intensive labor, are ideal for everyday use. |
